2. Rapid decompression device (optional)
In order to meet the requirements of rapid depressurization. An independent rapid pressure reduction box is processed. The rapid pressure reduction box is composed of shell components, pressure bearing components, gate components, interfaces and moving frames. Before rapid pressure reduction, users need to connect external pipes.
1. Studio size: 400mm deep x 500mm wide x 600mm long; the inner wall material is made of 3.0 SUS304/2B, and a 5mm square tube is used as a pressure-bearing reinforcing rib;
2. External dimensions: 530mm deep × 700mm wide × 880mm long, the outer wall material is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is sprayed white (the same color as the box);
3. The top of the box is reserved for connecting the pressure sensor interface, and the control sensor interface is located on the rear side of the box, which is convenient for the quick pressure reduction device to go out.
4. For the convenience of moving the quick pressure reducing device. Four Qidong lifting casters are installed under the frame; the moving frame is welded and processed by ordinary section steel, and the surface is treated with plastic spraying;
5. Rapid depressurization process: First, the vacuum pump of the test equipment lowers the fast depressurization box to 75.2kPa. In order to improve the pumping speed of the test box to the fast depressurization device, the test box is first pumped to about 1kPa, and the connection test is started. The electric valve of the tank equipment and the fast pressure reduction device realizes the fast pressure reduction function. When the valve reaches 18.8kPa, the valve is closed, and the pressure in the fast pressure reduction box can be kept constant through the auxiliary pumping (intake valve).
